Cat Food Recipe
Healthy Powder

2 cups nutritional yeast (brewer's yeast)

1 cup lecithin granules

1/4 cup kelp or alfalfa powder
-
9000 mg. calcium or 5 tsp. eggshell powder
Poultry Delight
-
4 cups rolled oats (+8 cups water = 8 cups cooked oats)

2 eggs
-
2 pounds fresh ground turkey
-
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) Healthy Powder
-
4000 mg calcium or 2-1/4 tsp eggshell powder
-
2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter (or 1 tbsp each)

10,000 i.u. vitamin A (gelcaps)
-
100-200 i.u. vitamin E (gelcaps)

Place 5 cups water and oatmeal in an 8 cup pyrex mixing/measuring cup.

Microwave until cooked. Stir occasionally.

Scramble two eggs in a bowl.

Add oil or butter to eggs and mix.
-
While oatmeal is hot, place Vitamin gelcaps in it. Heat will melt the gelatin.

Add egg and oil mixture to oatmeal. Stir well.

Add ice cubes (or cold water) to make 8 cups of mixture.

Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl.

Add Healthy Powder and calcium or egshell.

Add turkey. Mix well, but not too much. Mixture should be rather uniform,
but not soupy.

Put about 6 or 12 ounces into a container. Repeat. as necessary. Freeze.
It will take two or three days to thaw a 12-ounce container in the
refrigerator. Cold food is a little hard on the kitty's teeth, so let it
warm to room temperature before serving.
